Well said, Nathan. I only started following this blog a few weeks ago so I am still under-prepared. I wish I found this AMAZING resource months ago. Indeed, what an amazing resource this has been; undoubtedly it has helped me become a fitter, more well-rounded athlete in just a few short weeks. I had no idea how to train for the games (I didn’t even plan to do the Open, and only follow main site WODs). Mobility is done. CJ, I want to thank you for your time and energy you have put into this training program for myself and all the others. I know it is something you do not have to do, but you chose to help and spread your knowledge towards others in the crossfit community. Taking them under your observation to help create and maintain a fit community. Any plans for a “competition test day” for the 25th of may group?
I’m thinking about doing 2-3 full or near-full events on one day to practice rest and post/pre wod fueling etc.
