Long but great day today. 🙂 AM: gymnastics lesson (with JR!): we worked on strict dips, jumping mu, false grip pulls, weighted fg pulls, spotted strict mu, and spotted shspu. It was a great lesson. Had to skip the gymnastics skill work, my arms and lats hurt too much trying to even hang. CrossOver Symmetry was a struggle also but I managed to complete it. Yesterday’s session after my flights from India via Dubai. Everything felt heavy today, but I got it done.
A. Slow pull cleans up to 54 kg
B. Jerk balance at 37 kg, felt good. Behind the neck jerks at 47 and 50 kg. Felt okay.
C. Five sets with 10 cal and seven sets with 11 cal. Total 135 cal. 75-80 % is between 57-58 RPM for me.
D. Completed
