30 Toes-to-Bar
20/15 Calorie Assault Bike or 25/20 Calorie Bike Erg
10 Power Cleans (205/135 lbs)

C.
Four sets of:
Weighted GHD Hip Extensions x 8 reps @ 2013
Rest as needed
Bat Wings x 5 reps @ 1515
(go as heavy as possible, but maintain good scap mechanics and range of motion, and stick to the tempo – 5 second rest at the bottom, 5 second hold at top)

A.) 140 – 165. 140# x 7 Bench was really tough. Shoulder bothers some days and today was rough.
B.) T2B are a major weakness. 15 T2B and 15 sit ups. 20 cal Airdyne, 135# G2OH kept the clock running – 26:53
C.) Done with 25# DBs modified reps 12 -15
Definitely struggling with Mo this week.

I actually liked this workout and the barbell was 83% for me! Felt much better today. I’m not fast on the barbell (I would be 4 reps in and Sam would still beat me ?), but still happy to do 40 reps here.

Shspu week 8 to start.
A. 135/155/175/145/165/185/155×7
B. 3 rounds – 5:59/5:54 (subbed 30 ghdsu b/c cage was taken)/6:20 – ttb fell apart on last set. Called it after 3 rounds, this is Day 4 on me, feeling it.
C. 25# plate and 50# dbs for bat wings.

Off to Boston tomorrow until next Wednesday night for work. Will be dropping into Invictus Boston on Friday and Saturday hopefully. See you next week!

Did Yesterday’s training today… yesterday I did an upper body and conditioning day, just to get some of the fatigue off my legs from the weekend (Heavy Deadlifts and Murph)

A. Complete
B. Block Snatch (wasn’t feeling the C&J)
5 x 3: 60, 65, 70, 75, 75kg
C. Completed (50 Shoulder Taps, 100 DUs)…Struggled on this
D. 12:43 Rx
E. LM Rows @ 30, 35, 35kg (not counting the bar)
Suitcase @ 28kg

Still feeling some residual fatigue. Hoping to bounce back tomorrow. Let’s GO!
