* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD
and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD
and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

44:01 – this is 3.5 min slower then last year. It was really hard this year! I started out hot and tired and after three rounds was on the struggle bus. The last mile I was crawling, almost literally. I determined at the start that I would run the whole last mile, but a few times I might as well have been walking. It was like an 11 min mile. ?. Hopefully my aerobic capacity will be better next year. It was also really hot, which never helps with speed.
Good job attacking it! I’m going with the same approach tomorrow probably including the crawl home! Enjoy Memorial Day!
May 22 WOD LOVE LOVE the warm up!!! Really helped me to use the glutes and legs for the DL’s and had no issues with my lower back tightening up! Spent 10 min working on Cleans since I missed them earlier in the week. Awesome work on the metcon! Those deadlifts were no joke and you worked through them really well. I like the clean work too.

Haha, thanks but it wasn’t by choice. The workout is from my brother’s upcoming competition and it actually says those parts had to be unbroken. I did 76 push ups and 20 pull ups unbroken earlier this month but the 50 burpees to start is a game changer. I was in a plank for a while resting getting 50 this morning.
That’s a ton in work that you pushed through in a hurry. Are you doing the comp too?
