Push on your run and get to your wall ball shots fast. You should be able to regulate your breathing during your WB shots so you can push on your pull-ups. Your goal should be to give 100% intensity to both sets since you have a long rest.

C. No clue on where 800 meters is so went by feel. Run was 4:55 to 5:03 min, so probably a bit longer. No med ball, so I did KB Thrusters with 8 kg KB (should have done heavier), kipping PU 10/10/5/5

A) Bench Press I went too light, it’s a long time since I’ve done a 1RM for bench press so don’t really know what it is so just used a guesstimate weight. I wasn’t sure how my shoulder would feel, I did some extra pec smashing and stretches in between sets since it still aches but not as bad as last week but that might be because it was a different tempo. 5 Sets at 80#. C – 7:33 and 7:14 (spent too much time chalking up my hands the first round…?). Runs right around 3:50 both rounds, WBs UB, lots of breaks on PUs – 5/5/3/3/2/2, fast singles. PUs definitely need work. All part of building my upper body strength back up. Will just take some time.

A. squat clean x2 + jerk – 6 rounds, E2MOM. 65% Worked at 105, focusing on staying connected to the ground and being aggressive on the split jerk. B. 4 round FT: 500m row 8 DB hang clean & jerk R (35#) 8 DB hang clean & jerk L 25 sit ups Time: 17:08! First two rows I kept right around 2:00. Everything unbroken. Something I’ve noticed lately is how the additional sessions are paying off, especially as I am getting better at rowing.

How did your shoulder feel after the bench?
Shoulders felt fine. It’s my strength that’s the problem. I lost about 65% of my strength.
