Kettlebell 90/90 Exercise x 6 reps each arm
Kettlebell Arm Bar x 6 reps each arm
Skin the Cat x 3 reps

B.
Three sets for max reps of:
30 seconds of Muscle-Ups
30 seconds of Rest
30 seconds of Alternating Pistols
30 seconds of Rest

C.
For time:
Run 800 Meters
25 Burpees
50 Air Squats
100 Double-Unders
Run 800 Meters

Pistols: 18, 18, 18 – almost 19 on last round
C: 11:30 – measured 800m hilly route. Felt good. Too many breaks on du’s for comfort.
Started last 800m @ 7:40
