A – 195-215#. Felt solid. Using straps to help improve front rack is paying off.
B1 – 88/104/112/120/128/136/144/152/156/158/161(f) had to give it a shot.
B2 – 160/170/176/185/190/195(f)/195(f)/195/200(f)/200(f**k!) Shoulders just worn out.
C – 9:35. Wow this one was boring.
Off until Monday, coaching kids baseball all weekend.

A. Openers, swings, peekaboos and MU. Was right there on MU but having trouble holding on in the catch.

Back to posting as long as everything goes right . M and a done. Shoulder feeling ok. It has been nearly 8 weeks of nothing overhead but decided its time. Started with hatch squat program week 8 Back squat and front squat. Light day today so felt pretty good at the weights done. Started shoulder press and ended it at 55 kg. Every now and then it wa niggly but nothing too bad, so continued with push press Started at 55 adding 5kg made it to 80 and left it there. Pretty happy with that. I was hoping to get as much as I could in one session, but fell a little short. A. Bar MU instead of Ring MU because of slight bicep strain: (5 sets of 7) B. Snatch Ladder from Session 2: weights as prescribed were to heavy so ended up doing 5 reps for time at 80% (160) 1:15, then 5 reps for time at 90% (180) 2:00 C. Attempted to do 400m run/power cleans but strained my calf on first run. I was hoping to sub row for run and complete the workout but I couldn’t bare any weight on… Read more »

C. Got conned into a wod with a couple coaches at the box: 50 WBS, 50 dubs, 40 box jumps, 40 t2b, 30 c2b, 30 burpees, 20 cleans at 145, 20 jerks at 145, 10 snatch at 145, 10 muscle ups. Time cap of 20 mins. Got half way through the jerks. The t2b then c2b combo took forever!
