Roll to Candlestick x 6-8 reps
Double-Unders x 40-50 reps
B.
Eight sets of:
Clean x 1.1.1 @ 85+%
(rest 10 seconds between singles)
Rest 2 minutes between sets
C.
Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 Meters

Megan Becker (50/5’5″/135) A. Done, did the first round of pistols in my Nanos — my friend said I was getting to parallel, but not below. Was B based on 1rm or effort? I thought about trying to start at 285 (85%) but felt heavy for that many reps. No belt or sleeves. Played it safe. Running still needs work. I can always run faster. Took c at about 85 percent effort.
Yep, that was the goal. Tougher goal the heavier your 1-RM though. You probably could have managed 2 at 255, 2 at 265, 2 at 275 and 2 at 285.

C. 16:44. Felt good to run 400’s. It’s been a while.
D. Ran a few spartan races w my 12 yr old daughter this weekend. Watching her get that rope climb as so many others failed around her was better than anything I’ve ever accomplished in the gym. Just wanted to share.
