C. 1. 6:23 min (Row 3:30 min, transition 10 sec, WB 10/10/5/5/10/7/3) 2. 6:18 min (Row 3:26 min, transition 15-20 sec, WB 10/10/7/3/5/5/5/5) D. Hip Extensions with 10 kg plate at the chest.
