80 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
60 Alternating Pistols
40 Alternating DB Snatch (70/50 lbs)

Rest approximately 4 hours if possible before starting Part B.

B.
2013 CrossFit Games Regionals Event 5
Complete rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps for time of:
Deadlift (315/205 lbs)
Box Jump (30″/24″)

A) did wod as Rx at regional. Finished 56 DB snatch

Rested 3-4 hours

B) 4:57 Rx (moved barbell forward each round like in regional.

Worked out with the cf marysville crew. Awesome group of people and
Even better athletes! Got the push I needed today. Looking forward to more fun with them

Did DB snatch with 75# db
