A. Done

B. 5:27, 32 second PR. Hoping that coming off some rest days next week to be in the 4’s!

C. Spent 15 min. Feeling way more comfortable with these.

A. Complete

-worked some snatches as a bit of a warm up as well

B. 3:34 (Really Disapointed. This was done at work, I’m hoping that’s to blame for the poor performance. Frustrated.)

C. Did 5 sets of 10 alternating DB snatches with a 105# DB. Got fatigued toward the end, but they felt smooth.

Done at ~10.5 sec each, did one AFAP at 8.5 sec

B
2:40 – new PR with 21 sec! Also had a judge.
Unbroken, but need to focus on the kipping when I get tired to get max out of it.

C
Done. This is still my worst movement by far in this Regional! Getting better, but I’ll try to work on it at least 2 more times before Friday.

A. Done

B. Since I did Diane less than 2 weeks ago and sice I feel very comfortable with those movements I decided to work on the Snatch ladder instead! (I did a PR on Diane last time with 2:57).

Built up to a snatch on 52,5kg (which is my PR).And then worked in the snatch ladder with the double unders but stay on 52,5kg as the highest weight, and continued to work on this weight for 3 extra sets! It felt really good!!! I didn’t miss a single snatch on 52,5kg 🙂

A.) complete in 11 sec each round

B.) another big or today with a 3:08 22 sec. Hspu could stand to still improve. All dl unbroken and hspu were 16-5 15-9 but the set of 9 took me almost 25 seconds.

C.). Didn’t really have time as I had to get ready to pull a 48hour shift. Good luck guys!!

Had a ‘judge’ to make sure movements were up to standards. I’m really pumped about this!

Deadlifts x unbroken
HSPU x unbroken/14-1/4-3-1-1

fell off the wall twice on the last rep. Maybe i can get this under 3:00
