Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility DrillsĀ and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)
B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.
C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone ā could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.
A day behind, Sunday training for me. MAW done Bench press: built from 40 kg to a new PR of 62 kg (+2 kg) AMRAP x 3: 1. 3+11 (should have made it to the forth round but I messed up on last 6 power cleans…) 2. 3+2 (DL UB but not so consistent on pistols) 3. 1+45 (snatches UB and good pace, slow on row with 2:11) Accessories completed. DL with 17.5 kg DB x 2 for 8 reps (third time with this weight) Glute Bridges (done on bench as hip thrusts) with 75 kg for 8 reps Mixed… Read more Ā»
Also, did a running session on Friday. First time with a weight vest, 14 lbs, for 3.85 km. Pace 6:21 min/km. Tough!!
