B. First 3 rounds were fine, but then I got nauseous on the 4th round, and then nauseous and a side ache on the 5th round. Rookie mistake — I ate a big lunch too close to the time I needed to go to the gym. Won’t be doing that again any time soon. 33:20 (didn’t put the bar down on the thrusters, if I rested, I just took a breath at the top, but the runs were really slow, especially the last 2 rounds)

Did the workout several days ago that I didn’t post on. I think it was that day we did the skin the cat for the first time. The second time we did it a day ago I was 100% stronger with the movement. I was able to fully invert into deep hang and reverse. Interesting how you can do one movement and improve so much in just a week just by doing.
