Start at your anticipated starting weight.

If you have the opportunity to perform them in order with approximately 4 hours of rest between events, please do so. If you can only train once per day, please follow the template listed above.**

Complete… with handstand holds instead of HSPU’s

B.
Did Back squats from ground instead of OHS. started at 185. because of shoulder i think its my best bet!

then …

30 Burpee Muscle-Ups (under time cap)

C.
only did 1000 meter row.. rough day at work and it was 9pm by the time i finished part B.
