A.
For speed and efficiency:
21 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
2 Rope Climbs
15 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
2 Rope Climbs
9 Box Jumps (30″/24″)

B.
For time:
30 Shoulder to Overhead with Axle (160/100 lbs)

Try to get your hands on an Axle. If you haven’t worked with one before, there are some differences that you will want to feel.

C.
Massage, acupuncture or body work of your choice. If not an option, perform some self myofascial release and mobility.

**NOTE – I will post an optional active recovery/skill session for Thursday as many athletes prefer to move a little bit the day before competition.

A. Done, but took some rest between each movement since I’ve starting to feel a bit sore in my throat… not good… Hope it will be better until Friday though!

Traveling today so I will most likely not have time to do this session (stuck at the office until my flight).. Yesterday’s: A. Complete – I finally remembered how to do pistols!!! Just in time because I was stressing a little about the impending 100… good deal! CTB starting to feel better again. B. Frustrating. I worked up to 175 but lost focus and failed the rep. Jumped back down to 155 for a few sets of 3. I am much more comfortable with 155 but I KNOW I can get 175. Hopefully confidence and adrenaline in the next two… Read more »
