Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes (6 sets):
Slow Pull Clean x 2 reps
*Set 1 = @ 65% of 1-RM Clean
*Set 2 = @ 70%
*Set 3 = @ 75%
*Sets 4-6 = @ 80%
(It is a regular squat clean, but, the pull from the ground to low thigh will be done at half speed. Once you get to low thigh- you can execute the extension at full speed.)

Jerk from behind the neck x 2 rep @ 65-70%
*Ideally do this from blocks and focus on perfect mechanics and speed. The benefit from working behind the neck is that you don’t need to worry about getting your head out of the way as the bar is already in a position to be driven straight overhead. When setting up, pull the elbows under the bar so as you dip and drive, you push up on the bar versus pushing the bar forward if the elbows are behind.

Coach – I stopped wearing WL shoes a year ago to force mobility/control adaptation. What are your thoughts on WL shoes?

A. Worked from 41 to 50 kg. Uploaded a few clips on Facebook.
B. Forgot the first part ??♀️ Jerk Balance at 35 kg and Jerk behind the neck at 40 and 43 kg. Uploaded one clip of my last set.
C. 104 calories compared to 93 last time. Avg RPM was 56.

5 rounds. Loaded the sled with 40 kg. Had to do 8 meters out and then turn around to keep the sled out of the way. Sandbag of 35 kg.

Today is my IM/Coach’s training blended day: DMA done! A. 100/ 110/ 115/ 125/125/125. These felt great today. Tried working with a wider grip and it actually felt pretty good. Different, but good. B. Additional was done in 11:36. Only had 1-45 on sled. Not toj sure correct weight.

Enjoyed the additional workout, but oh my!!! After squat cleans (last 3 sets at 105) and the 10 min on bike (84 cal), Sled pushes were no joke! Forgot to time but did 3 rounds. 85lbs on jerk balance and behind the neck, last set behind neck 93 lbs.
