Workout of the Day

A.
Three sets, not for time, of:
10 Alternating Pistols
50 Double-Unders
10 Kipping Handstand Push-Ups
10 Toes to Bar

B.
Two sets for speed & efficiency of:
12/9 Burpee Muscle-Ups
Rest 2 minutes

C.
Five sets of:
Overhead Squat x 3 reps
Rest as needed

Take barbell from the ground, just as at Regionals, and build across the course of the five sets to something heavy-ish for today.

D.
Every minute, on the minute, for 5 minutes:
225/135 lb Squat Clean x 4 reps

Perform these reps as quickly as possible.

didnt get the chance to do anything today!! physio in the a.m and worked till 9p.m.

back at it tomorrow..

A) did it a bit different to attack wallballs, pistols and rowing
B) 2mins, 2:30
C) 205, 225, 235, 245, failed 1st ohs at 255.
D) brutal. No legs after OHS. Needed an extra 20 seconds for final round. Legs feeling very tired these days.

B) skipped have a blister on my palm that needs to heal.
C) worked to 245, can do more but assume this isnt the last time we will try this out
D) that was fun!
