15:57. used reg bar…no fat bar. walking lunges were pretty brutal. Was at about 45 ft of the walking lunges when 15 min timecap when up..
Rested 1 hour…time contraints.

13:23…was at 3 full rounds at the time cap of 10 min.
A. 100 DU’s 50 HSPU 40 T2B 30 S2OH @ 160 (reg. bar, no fat bar. Def have to practice these) 90′ walking lunges with bar front racked. 24:40 – got held up a couple times. Need faster HSPU. Good thing I can work on them at the rig. Only about half an hour of rest due to time constraints.
