20 seconds of Banded Palloff Hold (Left)
20 seconds of Banded Palloff Hold (Right)
30 seconds of Banded Lateral Monster Walk (Left)
30 seconds of Banded Lateral Monster Walk (Right)
30 seconds of Single-Leg Prone GHD Plank (Left)
30 seconds of Single-Leg Prone GHD Plank (Right)
20 seconds of Dynamic Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps (Left)
20 seconds of Dynamic Bulgarian Split Squat Jumps (Right)
Rest 60 seconds
You should be able to complete this entire Glute Activation Circuit in less than 12 minutes. Move from one movement immediately to the next.
B.
Every 2 minutes, for 8 minutes (4 sets) of:
Deadlift x 4 reps @ 70%
This should be fast on the concentric. Then lower the bar down to the ground, dead-stop and fast again.
C.
For time:
100 Heavy Rope Double-Unders or 150 Double-Unders
100 Pull-Ups
100 Wall Ball Shots (30/20 lbs)
100 Heavy Rope Double-Unders or 150 Double-Unders

*pull ups slowed me down tremendously on this, my largest set was like 8 I think. If I did this again I’d probably break the first set of dubs more. I did 10/50/40. But my upper body was shot.

Zeus Rope DU 50-14-16-20 I think Pull ups 15-10-a bunch of 7’s and ended with some 3’s. Don’t think I warned my shoulders up enough, my kip was really slow on Pull Ups today. I haven’t really been keeping up with posting this week. I have been coming in and getting the primary training done. It was finals week for me and I had a lot going on. But I’m done now yay!! It’s crazy for me to think that I have been in college for 4 years already.. A. Glute activation done. B. Deadlifts done and felt good I really wanted to come in today and just move so I did wednesdays mixed modal conditioning. I got a couple other people to join me so it was a lot of fun! I am not dead , lol. Just healing hip and modifying . Turns out it’s tendinopathy of the adductors and impingement .
Warm up did deadbugs , hip hinges , runners with ball, stability work on foam rolller, and suit case deadlift
Then I did the strength accessory work
Then for the conditioning I did all of it but changed the 100 wall balls to 18 burpees and
2 muscle ups x5 sets . Used heavy rope .
