A day behind, so Sunday for me for Saturday’s program MAW done Bench press: from 47 to 58 (98%) kg, felt good! Perhaps my 1-RM is a little low šŸ™‚ Conditioning: total time 37:07 min Run 17:19 min. My husband did this workout with me and he ran at the same pace as me, even a bit faster than I would have done without him, and he was wearing a 20 lbs weight west šŸ˜‰ Push-ups, max 10 reps UB, tried to do at least 5, my weakness… CTB, 10 then sets of 5 Thrusters, all in sets of 5… Read more Ā»
