* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Bench press: 35-45 (76%) kg. Felt really good!
Conditioning: 1. 13:26 min. 1200 m in 6:30 min, WB random, KBS American random. Freezing cold outside today and I couldn’t feel my fingers after the run.
2. 11:22 min, 400 m around 2:00, WB UB, KBS UB (long transition, jacket, gloves and cap on and off)
Total 24:48 min
Accessory with 15 kg barbell. Second set UB.
