March 28, 2015 – Masters Program

*Scheduling Note – If you plan to tackle the Open workout for the second time on Sunday or Monday, you are well advised to rest or do only some light circulatory work – like bicycling – on Saturday. I would only suggest performing the Open event again if you are on the cusp of qualifying…otherwise, celebrate the end of the Open season.

Workout of the Day

A.
Have fun at the beach.
Seriously…this is what we will be doing in San Diego. We will probably take some kettlebells out with us and mess around, but the entire focus of today will be to have fun, relax and celebrate the end of the Open.

Oh, and if you don’t live near a beach, or you’re not experiencing beach weather, you really ought to consider moving to San Diego. In the meantime, create your own fun activity that will mimic our beach day. If you live near mountains, get out and ski, hike or climb. But whatever you do…stay out of the gym for the rest of the weekend.

Thanks for the great programing through the open. I learned a ton and made some great progress skill wise. I am switching gears to CFE to tackle a couple Dualathalon’s and Trail half this spring. Looking forward to the next off season cycle. Best of luck to all the masters moving on to the qualifier!

Thanks for the great programming. I plan to spend my RX beach day in the foothills of the Northern Sierra where today it promises to be 73 degrees F, clear, and beautiful. Beach weather for our area this time of the year! Cheers to all.

Hah, San Diego would be nice. Do you have any open positions for IT Architect:)?
Today at Finland we have +4 degrees celcius and it’s raining so beach is not an option. I prefer dinner with good friends instead of beach:)
