*Program Note – If you’re on the bubble or need to score points for your team, you’re probably repeating 18.5 today. If you are officially done with the 2018 CrossFit Open, you’ll take the first few days of this week to deload and reinvigorate for the next cycle. We’ll do a little bit of fun testing on Friday and Saturday, and the new cycle will begin on April 2, 2018.

hi tino, I considered taking two days off but I will be repeating 18.5 because it is very close to the big names. I will search the 178 rep.??
Get after it and let us know how it goes!
hi tino, it was an illusion that lasted until 5pm hahahah I did the wod but I could not improve, I had a 9th position but that did not reach for the 5 weeks. I really am very hurt with the Parameter of 18.4 since it was impossible for me to pass the line and I only achieved 126 rep. I’m happy with my result during the open but I’m not satisfied. I will keep pushing to get there!
Lots to be proud of! Excited for what’s to come in the off season! ?
Thanks Tino, thanks to the whole team! you make us better athletes every day, proud to be an invictusAthlete
18.5 redo. 151 reps (6 rep improvement) it hurt way more than it did Friday. Goal was to get back to the pull ups and I did so I’m happy. Chest still hurts 2 hours after.
Thanks tino, Hunter, CJ and all Invictus coaches that were there during the athlete camp. I can attribute my performance over the past 5 weeks to being a lot tougher mentally than I was before the camp. Looking forward to the taking it easy rest of the week and back to work Monday!
Great work dude!!! Love watching your progress over the last year. Great to see that you had lots of good takeaways from the camp and were able to apply them today! Excited for what’s to come!!
Happy Monday crew. Thanks Tino for some pointers and I some mental training to help me bring myself back down to reality. I was in a funk and feeling like I just didn’t know what to do with myself today. REDO the workout? Don’t REDO? Lots of things going through my head. Lots of tears this morning that would usually lead me down a spiral of self pity and commitment to NOT going through with what I had planned. Yet once again, I over came…and i did that workout again. I told myself its not about the score, its not… Read more »
