Perform 10 “Jump and Land” without a barbell using the foot work markings, then 5 with an empty barbell, and then…

Work on getting your front foot through and into perfect position.

Every two minutes, for 32 Minutes (4 sets) of:
Station 1 = 400 meter Run
Station 2 = 12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20″)
Station 3 = 25/20 Calorie Row
Station 4 = 20-40 Double Unders + 10 Overhead Squats (85/55 lbs)
