Snatch High Pull from Below Knee x 3 reps
Muscle-Snatch x 3 reps
Overhead Squat x 3 reps @ 3211
Snatch Push Press x 3 reps
Snatch Balance x 3 reps
Hang Power Snatch x 3 reps
Snatch from Below Knee x 3 reps

*Sets 1-2 – 70-74% of 1-RM Snatch

400 Meters Sandbag Carry (Bear Hug Hold)
immediately followed by…
200 Meter Sled Sprint
Breathe through your nose during the carry. If you feel yourself panicking a bit, take 3 breaths through the mouth and switch right back to nose breathing.
Running Endurance Option
Three sets for times of:
1.5 Mile Run (2400 meters)
Rest 60 seconds
400 Meter Sprint
Rest 2 minutes
Rowing Endurance Option
Three sets for distances of:
12 Minutes of Rowing
Rest 6 minutes
Biking instead of running? It’s a no go up here in Canada at the moment.
Was warming up for to give 19.2 a go. With the clean complex from yesterday.
But my elbow didn’t want always go a pinch when I catch the clean in front rack pos.
Maybe 19.2 next week for me.
So I did the primary session which for me us way worse since I ran on trueform.
This was my setup for 8 inches maybe 1 cm over

Did Wednesday’s training today will do snatches and strongman tomorrow
A) warm up done didnthe tall jerks and jerk balances too
B) worked to 265 for push press + push jerk
D) bench press done at 210 last rep got really hard haha
Friday’s accessory
A) Arnold press done with 40lbs ring rows and strict pull ups done db pull overs with 50lbs talk about an arm pump haha
B) 70lbs for deadlifts went 20/20/21/22 then 12/11/12/13 goblet squats
