A. Clean (off 220#): 135×3, 145×3, 155×3, 160×3, 165×2, 175×2, 180×2, 185×1, 195×1, 205#x1 (93%). In December I could barely hit this number. Today it felt SUPER easy.
B. Tempo Back Squat @ 3211: 170×5, 180×5, 190×5, 200×5
C. 3 + 16. QF Event 2: AMRAP in 12 mins. 8 DB Snatches @ 50#, 8 OH Walking-Lunge Steps, 8 DB Snatches, 8 Overhead Walking-Lunge Steps, 40 Crossovers.
Went UB on the lunges. Last round of Crossovers went UB. Tried the 70# after the workout. Probably could have done this with that weight.
