Had to scale to 6 bar mu was using the open gym area and the bars there are slippery could only do singles not able to do any unbroken on these bars bummer I’d like to try again with a bar I can actually do bigger sets for sure would be faster bike and TTB done in about 1:05-1:08 and had plenty of gas in the tank. Still a fun one.

Hello! I’m not one for posting results daily but just wanted to give Tino a shoutout for this cycle’s programming on behalf of me and my gainz partner Kimberly. Every Tuesday we look at the lifting scheduled and the volume strikes fear into our bones. That being said we have both PR’ed our Front Squat twice and our Back Squat once during the last four weeks. If you tear or feel like you are going to tear STOP and adjust the movement. Theres no medals awarded for bloody hands. It just spoils the rest of the weeks work. Hope you feel back to 100% come Friday and your hands heals up. Train smarter not harder, you might want to take that rest day tomorrow 🙂
Now i feel that you are 100% right, but i was stupid and rookie enough to let my ego lead the body ? Will skipp every kind of movement from the bar and yeah, hope for the best. Next time i’ll know what to do!

Depends on your capabilities with your gymnastics. These are the perfect opportunity to learn what works for you. There are some gymnastics ninjas who can hang in and there’s some who will benefit from short fast breaks to save grip and maximise time. Test both and see what works for you. That’s what training is for!

Warmup: complete used a barbell and 35#kb with bands
A) 70# for goblet squat/30″ for step ups/36″ for box jumps
B) I scaled back the reps to 18-12-6 because I am exhausted it has been a long week at work and it’s only Wednesday. I ended up scaling the muscle ups to C2B because I couldn’t even get one muscle up in the first round.
I just called it a day and went home after this crap session.
On days like this its sometimes best to rest. Use your training time to relax and/or sleep!
