(face down, raising straight arms at 90 degrees)

Ever since the bar Muscle up wod in the open- had a lat attachment tear under my arm where it attaches to the arm – so no pull ups- I could do pretty much everything else but the pull up was a sharp pain in the arm pit- so I really had to get out the C2B in the qualifier. I finally got it worked out by a therapist. How’s your calf?
Great job gutting the CTB out in the MQ. Looks like your training is going well. My calf is much better. I’m still being cautious with it but I am able to do some moderate running.
