Started round 4 at 17m cutoff. Stopped and ran 1000m on Assault Runner. Bench was slowing me down. Deadlift was getting rough. Cleans were easy.
Linda is an amazing test of strength physically and mentally, and especially at that Rx weight. Considering the way you felt with your front squats yesterday, is it fair to say your body needs a rest day?
It’s good to look back at something like this and ask if it was a mental or physical battle in those last rounds that were getting rough. And then make note of it.
The back maybe because of yesterday’s and the single deadlifts we did but bench just went south like hspu do for me. When they go, they go.
