Power Clean + 3 Front Squats + Jerk
Build over the course of the 10 sets to today’s heavy complex.
B.
Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 90% of today’s heavy complex
C.
Three sets of:
Single-Leg Hip Thrusts x 8 reps each leg @ 20X1
Rest 90 seconds
100-Foot Harnessed Sled Pull (heavy)

D.
Every minute, on the minute, for 30 minutes:
Minute 1: 10/7 Calorie Ski-Erg or 12/9 Calorie Row + 10 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)
Minute 2: 10/7 Calorie Bike-Erg or 10 Calorie Assault Bike + 10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Minute 3: Rest

Clean + 3 Front Squats + Jerk 305 Wow my legs were smoked from yesterday Clean and Jerks every 90. Pretty chill I did that fight club workout Saturday and got 316. Ben owes me a shirt. So I didn’t get those toes to bar in Wednesday Conditioning 10 cal row + 10 strict hspu 10 cal bike + 10 toes to bar Rest So pumped. My hspu felt so money. Primary training session A. Stopped at 65%, CNS and legs felt smoked from yesterday’s training. B. Skipped C. 35 lb dumbell for the Bridges and 270 lb on the sled D. I tried 2 rounds and it was too intense for me. I wouldn’t get half of the work. So I scaled down to: 8 Cal ski erg + 8 thrusters 8 Cal assault bike + 8 chest to bar pull ups It was challenging, almost didn’t got the last two rounds. Cheets Tino, didn’t want to quit but had to scaled it down a lot.
This may sound stupid, but I don’t really see the difference in a glute bridge /hip thrust … what should I be looking for to differentiate?
Similar but glute bride is performed laying flat on the floor. Hip thrust is performed with back ona bench.
