* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD

Did yesterday’s programming today. DMA – done A – bench press 5 @ 80% – 110# 3 @ 85% – 117# 2 @ 90% – 125# 3 @ 85% – was supposed to be 117# again, but accidentally put 122# on the bar – my spotter needed to help me a bit with that one. 8 @ 75% – 105# 7 @ 75% – 105# (didn’t have a spotter for the last set and wasn’t sure I was going to get the last one, so stopped at 7 reps) B – didn’t have an AB available today (the new gym… Read more »
