A summary of Fri-Sun Friday: Running session from Thursday EMOM 8 for 32: 6:13/5:58/6:05/6:10 min Saturday: Handstand, did freestanding static hold for 30 sec. FS: Hit 85% for 3 reps, happy with that! Conditioning: 13:40 min, sooo hot again today! PP and sit-ups UB, row 1:36/1:35/1:32/1:33 Accessories done Row+Burpees: 9:49 min Sunday: HPS complex: up to 45 kg, failed 46 kg.
