A. Tried th keep the AB reasonable so I could get right to work on the other elements. Ended up with AB at 1:17/1:27 and no issues with the other movements.
B. 15×365 worked on technique.
C. Had no choice so I substituted the Assault Runner with a 105degree heat index. 6:04, 6:14, 7:20
