Megan Becker (50/5’5″/135) Hiked a mountain yesterday, so I did this one today, but I think my legs were tired. I failed some lifts at weights that I can usually make. Did a-c at lunch and d after work, went light today everything felt heavy just feeling tired and slow, D woke me up, then did 4 sets of 4 strict hspu

You hit it on the head. I plan to get a full body massage once we start tapering off to get all the knots worked out.
