Assault Bike 2 minutes @ 10 minute Pace + 3-5 RPM

Med Ball Rotating Side Toss (Right) x 10-15 reps
Immediately into
Right Side Tall Kneeling ISO Anti-Rotation Hold x 30 seconds

Med Ball Side Rotating Side Toss (Left) x 10-15 reps
Immediately into
Left Side Tall Kneeling ISO Anti-Rotation Hold x 30 seconds
rest 30 seconds
DB Hammer Curls x 8 reps

*Med Ball tosses should be performed from the lunge position and thrown over the front leg

A: worked up to 125kg. tempo seem to hurt knees.
B: Up to 279#

That is no good about your knees! How are they feeling today? There won’t be anymore tempo work – next week is a double bounce progression.

Nothing debilitating, just pissed on top of knee cap. Did gua sha last night and feeling better today. I’m ok and will keep grinding. Just need to keep moving, stay healthy and maintain confidence as we get closer.

A. 225, 235, 245 last sets were only 2s
B. 185, 195, 205, 215, 225, 235 and one at 240…

Been using a 50# slam ball on the throws. Have been standing though and will try kneeling today. Is weight about right on this for someone my size?
