Didn’t make it to the gym today! Decided to try running for the first time since my calf injury!

AM session – with my run group
1.5 Mile Run

PM session – did conditioning with the group changed it slightly since I saw Heidi
4 rounds for time
10 DB STO – went light with 35 since first time going OH with load since hurting shoulder
20 KB swings (53#)
