Bicep Curls with nuetral grip x 5 reps
Overhead Lateral Raise x 5 reps
Overhead Nuetral Grip Raise x 5 reps

Five sets of:
Unsupported Seated Strict Press x 5-6 reps
(sit on a bench without back support and press the barbell from shoulder to overhead)
Rest 2-3 minutes

Go as heavy as you can with the goal of achieving all 6 reps. If you only get 5 reps, stay at that weight. If you get 6 reps, you MUST go up.

B. Finisher rd 8wb + 4 Ttb. Wb unbroken except the last round. Shoulders are really tired, especially the right. 5+5, 5+4, 4+4 till 6 Ttb unbroken. My transition time seems a little bit too long.

Watch timer stopped (all that wrist movement must have knocked a button-lesson learnt)
All unbroken with fast transitions though, last time I looked at watch would have had me finish round 6-7mins.. Irritated!

B – GGQ #2 – 8:56Rx
All WBs UB, T2B Ub in rounds 10 + 9, had to break once in rounds 8-6. By round 5, it was 2+singles, but kept moving at a steady pace. Actually had 2 T2B no reps in round of 5, not sure exactly what happened there.
Then just did some snatch technique work.
