Minute 1 – 2-3 Strict Muscle-Ups; 55+: Banded Strict Muscle-Ups x 2-3 reps
Minute 2 – 5-6 Strict Handstand Push-Ups with a 3/1.5″ deficit; 55+: Strict Handstand Push-Ups with no deficit
Minute 3 – DB Reverse Flys on bench x 10 reps

45-54:

20 Deadlifts (255/185 lbs)

55+:
For time:
75/50 Calories of Assault Bike
50 Box Jump-Overs/Step-Overs (24/20″)

Had a fundraising event yesterday at the box I train at to help me get to the Games. Took part in the partner workout of running pull ups wall balls, burpees, kB swings and lunges. No further training. Today (Sunday) did the running and swimming programmed earlier in the week

Made up yesterdays 30 sandbag toss. Used 35# wallball over 7′ target. Took me a few to get it. had a lot of missed but got 30 good ones in
Made up 3 x 20 GHD & single leg curls
Plan to run tomorrow

B. TINO. AB 5:45, BJO 9:51, T2B 13:02, DL 14:02. Should have taken option 1 and rested this weekend. Well I earned my ice bath.
