Snatch Press from Receiving x 4 reps

Build to today’s heavy Snatch from Blocks – for this week, the barbell should be at or slightly below your knees in the starting position.

Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep
Perform these from the floor, with the same weight you built to from the blocks.

In 12 minutes build to today’s 3-RM Sumo Deadlift
Perform these barefoot and create strong external torque. Do not let the plates bounce off the floor; find tension and then accelerate the barbell up. Use straps if you need to, but do not use a mixed-grip.

(select a load that will be challenging for 15 reps)

Focus on relaxing your breathing when you are upside down. For the bar muscle ups focus on being efficient in your swing.
Did the granite Games workout only and got 5:36 on the wod and 225 on the snatch! Way tougher to catch a snatch after a sprint than a clean?

I did the first qualifier and Wednesday’s strength, yesterday. 7:00 and 225#, paced the first half way to much. Sorry I didn’t post
Did the second qualifier and today’s strength this morning

sesh 1. 1. GG 1A&1B 5:14 and 142 ! Where did that come from? Ha I’ve been having a hard time getting consistent again with anything over 125. 2.
