Just keep moving. That’s what we’re looking for in this workout. We saw the 11 foot target come up in the age ground semi-finals this year so we want to make sure to give all of you a little dose of that as well :). All of these reps, weights, and movements are low enough, light enough, and simple enough, that you shouldn’t spend too much of your time thinking in this workout. Just find a consistent groove and keep moving!

Warm up done
A) 85-95kg
95-100kg
100kg for the doubles
105-110-115kg
B) 102kg barbell, around 18:00
Took it very slowly and nicely, didn’t feel like pushing strong. 102kg was also heavy.
C) done
D) no time

Did a bad step or something on the stairs afternoon. I’ve had some pain in my knee on similar situations, but it was always a quick really strong pain and that’s all, but today it stayed there, and still there. Not sure what’s the cause. It’s on the left outside part of my knee. Can’t really do anything at the moment…

A.1- 85lb
A.2- 100, 4×105
A.3 110, 125
B. Used 105lb bar and 16lb ball. Not sure if i hit 10′ just tried to throw higher than normal.

This looked easier than it was, maybe because I was outside on 100°+ Temps, goal was 20-ish, finished in 27:04. I took a little break to hose myself off in the yard and didn’t stop the time, whoops ????‍♀️
