A.
Four sets of:
10 Tempo Double Kettlebell Front Squat @ 30X2
20 Unbroken Goblet Squats (heaviest KB you can)
300 Meter Row
Rest 2 minutes

B.
For the following two drills, draw out your ideal jerk footwork and use those marks to ensure perfect footwork. Please click here and watch this video to learn how to draw your footwork.

Three sets of:
Jerk Balance x 3 reps
Rest as needed

Followed by…

Three sets of:
Tall Jerks x 3 reps
Rest as needed

C.
Six sets of:
Jerk with Pause x 3-4 reps
(Dip and hold for 2 seconds at the bottom of the dip, then drive.)
Rest as needed

Use Jerk Blocks if possible.

D.
Every 3 minutes, for 12 minutes (4 sets):
Back Squat x 10 reps*
*Sets 1-2 = @ 90% of last week’s 10-RM
*Sets 3-4 = @ 85% of last week’s 10-RM

A. Done with 2x16kg for KB FS and 24kg for goblet squat. Sets between 3:00-3:30 ish. This was much more tough than I thought! ?
B. Done with 15-25 kg
C. All sets 45kg
D. Hip pain is still there.. Did some gymnastics instead ?

Pretty stoked for 300 for 4 with a pause. Jerks felt great today.

Not sure if I’ll get to train today- im a bit sore from moving out of my classroom and have some nutrition work to do…..might be following a day behind this week. But, better than nothing!

Made sure to stick to tempo and keep knuckles touching and elbows down. core and arms were lit!

C. 155/185/205/225/245/275 no blocks. didn’t want to continue dropping weight into front rack. Made sure not to redip out of pause

No belt no shoes no sleeves
