Open Water Swim
If you live near open water then please take today to make it out to the open water and complete the following:
Two sets of:
Swim 100 Meters
50 Air Squats
Swim 100 Meters
25 Burpees
Swim 100 Meters
Rest as needed
*Please complete in a pool if you are not able to make it to a body of water.
One of my most favorite beaches was crazy crowded with the holiday so a friend and I paddled by kayak to a different cove and beach. It was perfect, no crowds at all. The water was gorgeous and I was accompanied on my swim with a cute sea turtle. Swam right over the top of him on three of the legs. Pacing was on point today. Learned my lesson yesterday in the 6RFT workout when I had a big drop off in my splits after the first round. I thought my slowest round was the bad round but ? told me my first round was too fast. So I used that today.
