Crammed the week into fri/sat/sun but for some reason today (sun) I felt great did sat and mon in one session this morning my mom wod time was not great but considering all the volume I’ll take it it was 100% due to the run I was shuffling lol! Anyway looking forward to the final push this week – also can’t wait to get to sea level this mountain crap is overrated!

Super fun chipper. 17:16 – 115 power cleans and I did push press with the bar at 65#.
Friday – PR on c&j at 180 and almost had 185. Yesterday I was able to hit 140 on snatch. Elbow feels great right now!

I did June 13th workout; I did this at the games in 2011 and wanted to compare. Was unable to do it on June13th. Today – 16:24; 2011 ?

19:49 (9th); had trouble on this workout in 2011, pull up bar was too low and kept hitting my feet on the ground. really slowed me up. But, Iearned then to train for tough situations. Use varied pull up bars, do DU’s on various surfaces, etc. Games situations are not always as good as what you are used to in your gym…
