Every 2 minutes, for 10 minutes, complete:

Build to a heavy for the day.

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes (8 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep @ 65-70%

Tempo Back Squat
Build to today’s 1-RM Tempo Back Squat @ 32X1

Followed by…

One set of:
Back Squat x Max Reps @ today’s 1-RM Tempo Back Squat
(perform these without any tempo prescription)

35-54:
For time:
60 Calorie Row
40 Toes-to-Bar
20 Hang Power Clean (135/95 lbs)

55+:
For time:
60 Calorie Row
40 Toes-to-Bar
20 Hang Power Clean (95/65 lbs)

This will come down to grip so manage your reps wisely!

Felt alright, was going to stop at 135kg but wanted to push over 300# 😀 A bit of a struggle fighting for position – not letting knees cave or torso drop – but I think it’s improving.
