Snatch: 75/80/85/85/90/90
Conditioning: no room for bar mu, so chest to bar instead and 75#, 10/8/6 for chest to bar. 10:58. Slow day for all, was away for 5 days hiking so barbell was challenging

Handstand practice completed. Uploaded the only two clips from today.
FS: 60 and 65 kg. Felt good.
Conditioning: 7:30. A little slow on the Assault Bike today, legs sore. All step overs UB.
Accessories done. Raises with 5 kg plate.
