Primary Training Session
A.
Build to today’s heavy…
Hang Clean + Front Squat + Jerk

B.
Every 90 seconds, for 6 minutes (4 sets):
Clean & Jerk x 1 rep @ 90% of today’s heavy complex weight

C.
Three sets of:
Split Stance Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps each leg @ 3011
Rest 60 seconds
Kettlebell Biceps Curls x 8 reps @ 21X0
Rest 60 seconds

D.
Three rounds for time of:
1000 Meter Row or 2000 Meter Bike Erg
20 Squat Cleans (115/75 lbs)
30 Toes-to-Bar

Optional Additional Work Sessions

Barbell Power Rows x 10 reps
Rest as needed

B.
Three sets of:
Half Kneeling Landmine Rotations (right side) x 10 reps
Rest 30 seconds
Right Side Plank x 30 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
Half Kneeling Landmine Rotations (left side) x 10 reps
rest 30 seconds
Reft Side Plank x 30 seconds
Rest 60 seconds

Running Endurance Option
For time:
Run 5 Miles @ 80-85% effort

Run this by feel. Pace comfortably such that you’re capable of holding even splits for each mile.

Rowing Endurance Option
For times:
Row 2000 Meters
Rest 3 minutes
Row 1500 Meters
Rest 3 minutes
Row 1000 Meters
Rest 3 minutes
Row 500 Meters

At the beginning my quads kept remembering me of yesterday’s metcon. Then my forearms screamed louder and quickly I forgot the legs ?
A. Build up to 265 lb (gotta work on fully extend my legs)
B. Done at 235 lb
C. Done at 115 lb and 12 kg kettlebells

Strength accessory option
A. 185/205/205
B. 35 lb plate for the landmine and 45 lb for the plank

Yay, I’ve been missed! Lol! I was dabbling with weightlifting, working with a local weightlifting coach and adding the occasional Invictus metcon, but it was not feeling consistent and although working with a coach helped me a lot, mixing programs was not working, so now I’m back on board! ?

Built to 220lbs beautifully, the hang Clean and front Squatsd 230’and got lightheaded coming up so skipped the jerk.

4×1 at 200lbs. These were beautiful.

Split stance RDLs and KB bicep curls done.

Started the conditioning but after the first row my body said “stop” and everything wanted to stop working, so I did. My mind and body has hit the limit for the week and any more work would do more damage than good.

Much needed massage this afternoon and dinner with friends tonight.

Made up the gymnastics from yesterday, then got ready for the beach with 8×8 bench at 165 and a 10 min amrap of sb over the yoke

Did it 7 rounds for time 25 min
Just like the first 10 db took me like 50-55sec around that. Then our 200 m path. Is so freaking long haha. I saw the time after. Running 2.10
And finish 15 t2b around 2.45 haha

Not a chance here. To finish it. Just the db burp takes around 50 sec. And I was fast with them. And t2b always ub

Maybe I could have done the emom if I had assault air runner so much easier. But I don’t thing so.
I can’t compare a running workoút to you guys here. Funny 1 of my friends did Helen and his best time around 10 min or something
At my gym around 13 – 14 min haha
The run was the factor
