DMAW done. The video looks like a sideways slam–that puts a lot of strain on my outside shoulder. My coach said to scoop it a little more so that’s what I’m doing.
Rope work done–all climbs in 2 pulls.
Tempo OHS from the ground: stayed at 38 kgs. (my shoulder :P)

Friday’s session today after a 24 hour trip from Jakarta. Saturday’s are going to be tough for me to train for a while. My 16 daughter had decided that she would like to run a half marathon and she would like for me to run it with her based upon my background of being a marathon runner. We will be doing our long runs together on Saturday mornings. This morning we ran 7 miles.
