Romwod done M and a done Started with deads 3×3 reps at 125kg. Did small amount of cleans also 3sets of 1.1.1. Power clean 70kg and 75 kg weights felt pretty good Skipped thigh taps went straight to donkey kick ups 2sets of 10 Hsw walk was again avergae 20′ then 10′. No one to help me 10emom. Muscle ups. A. worked on MU, 2″ negatives done (used 15# plates for hands)
B. Used 55+ weights (I feel older than that right now) – 7:34 – transitions slow for didn’t have anyone to change out weights.
C. – started with 20KG KB per hand – 3 rds – switched to 16 kg/hand and did 8 ring dips per rd

Just got in the 4×600 meter runs today on a 200 meter gravel track: 2:39/2:41/2:37/2:41. It hurt! I started on the mile run after 5 min rest but bailed after 400 meters and walked the rest; my back wasn’t liking the pounding and I was feeling especially exhausted (90 degree heat probably didn’t help). Planning to go to the box tomorrow for the session 1 training.
Rest up the back Leticia, work on your quads and psoas!
Games: A: Done B: DL/T2B metcon, DL @345/275/225/225 5:36 (upped top end and bottom end) C: Done, easy Yesterday: 1 session. Tried posting yesterday but system telling me posts must be reviewed. A. Done. MU 3/4/5, again not feeling strong with these but were done with a normal grip. 1/2 dip, 15 each set. HSPU Negatives 3 each set, did these after B and C, arms were getting fatigued.
B. 12:00 done at 55+ weights. 275 were all singles and a challenge for me but got them all.
C. Done with 28kg KBs.
A. Done
B. No rings to use today, so did a push press emom (need to get stronger with s2o). Worked up to 215#, which was a 5# pr.
C. 1+4, 1+24, 1+45
Second session done (didn’t time the 600’s), the 7:20 on the mile.
Off Season A) Done. Kicks probably every third or fourth one I was able to get into a handstand for a sec or two. Handstand walks were probably 18-20 feet. B) Messed around on the new peg board. harder than I expected, only able to get about half way up. then did some Bar MU drills, then did the EMOM. Wasn’t too bad, Like Steven M. Off Season: A) did two rounds of the anterior opener sequence, because that just feels like it’s needed and I always feel better after I do it. Thigh taps: first time trying, was able to get about 6-8 then lost what poor position i had D Kicks: really felt solid – about half kicked up into an easy HS hold for a few second HS walks – best I’ve had, ever. You can touch the box! You just need to go from one side of the box to the other but you can jump onto the box, then off on the other side!

A. Did what I could with elbow (see a specialist on 7/5)
