B. 225/225/225/235/235/235/240/240-these felt heavier than usual. Only landed a couple cleanly.
C. 6:10/6:21/6:58. Did 20 on the SHSPU. It’s an area I need to really improve on. Happy with sets of 5 and a timed rest. Row at 1:45-:50.
Does anyone know the status of Albert Police?
He finished 20th (last) after event 1 and then withdrew. I’m assuming he got injured.

Keep working negatives and do some EMOM with lower reps to get your cycling.

A. 6+5. Wow – was feeling great and just like that I couldn’t quite touch my chest to the bar and I was done. B. Up to 225# – all reps felt great today. Hope the muscle memory is setting in and it wasn’t just a lucky day. C. Romwod done. M and a done A made it to 6minute and finished the 6but chest missed last rep. B did jerk at 80kgx4&83×4 all felt pretty good. Couple didnt split so well. C i did hatch squat front squat program . At moment im spliting the light day up between mon and tues programming. Then doing the heavy workout on friday. A: Done. Only got through 4 reps. My strict anything is horrible. Should just spend hours at the gym doing Lat pull downs.
B: Not a single “pretty” rep was seen today!!! Only missed once, but…

B) 215 across: felt fast, but when I increased weight I felt out of position.
C) done: 2:00 rest(ish) each round

A)Completed the 7th minute and then got 7 of the 8 in the 8th minute.

C)Completed the 500M row and then did SHSPU until the 5:00 minute mark and then ran 400M which took about 90 seconds and gave me about 90 seconds rest before the next round. Completed the following SHSPU per round 17/14/12.
Strict HSPU are a work in progress for me. What do you guys think is better for training purposes – do as many as I can RX each round (no risers), or use riser(s) and try to get all 20 each round?
