Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C. Tried split cleans and split snatch
Clean up to 125 , snatch 55 lb . Really liked the split clean! Seemed natural. Definitely will be using this more often.
Did our “jacked” class lots of accessory work -arm day ??

Did Wednesday’s programming today, feel pretty good considering yesterday’s workout, and I obviously need to work on my running. A1) I did regulat handstand holds instead of nose to wall – 45 seconds and 60 seconds. Skipped the wall climbs, I always usually hurt myself coming down from these. A2) Did 3 sets of stationary dips 6 / 8 / 8 reps. B) Pause Deadlift – 115 / 125 / 135 / 145, could have gone a little heavier but wasn’t sure if my form was so good, no video.
